I feel like I hear this a lot – that people would like the garrisons to be somewhat relevant again. Dreamwalk and take the Moonglade portal then turn in all four quests. Sailing from The Wind’s Redemption boat, docked in Boralus (Alliance only)From level 58 onwards, you can reach Stormwind from any capital city by entering the portal to the Blasted Lands (in Darnassus, it is located in the Temple of the Moon), then going through the Dark Portal and finally a small portal to Stormwind located at the bottom of the Stair of Destiny. The portal trainers and mage trainers do not offer to train me in these. Descend the stairs and you will see the main portal room. In Theramore the portal trainer is located in the tower in which Jaina Proudmoore resides.
